Granny's gone and done it again

My DH takes these to work for lunch. There are about 18 - 20 different kinds. Should be on thee dry pasta aisle. Microwave about 1 minute.

I have not. Maybe I should, thanks. They're expensive.
They are but some say they work really well. I’ve never used one myself though.

Morning.

I have an extremely anxious dog. He is on gabapentin and tramadol for pain(10.5 yrs old now with lots of arthritis) and I wish I had him on something like this his whole life. I wonder if it would have been easier on him. He’s not anxiety free by all means, still a neurotic mess. But I feel like the gabapentin helps enough that it could have given him some reprieve.

I have the Walmart app that I can shop with adding as I remember. Then, when I need my groceries I just hit “place order” and it’s done. Not ideal for fresh items, but helps me keep groceries stocked. Easy for people to pick up for you also.

Will you get this pain checked out? With all the stress you have currently it’s important to take care of yourself 💜
Yeah anxiety meds can really help some dogs lol and humans. :lau

She doesn’t do online/credit card stuff I don’t think lol

And I agree to get checked out!!!!!!!!
Have you ever tried a thunder shirt?
Good idea.

Good afternoon, Ya'll. It's storming here again this afternoon. I got all the outside chores done this morning and put extra feed and water in all the coops just in case it doesn't stop raining before dark. Thermometer says it's 78 but with the high humidity it feels like 90. This kind of day makes me thankful for a solid roof and AC that works well. Hope you are all safe.

We're at 100 right now. Will get up to 101 and possibly 102. :(
I'm with you, very grateful for a roof over head and AC.

Afternoon everyone. We have a heat advisory out for tomorrow here also. Naturally I have a PT appointment at 11. Speaking of which. Had a different therapist on Tuesday. He gave me a new exercise to do that I knew was going to cause me trouble and yep, so it is. Sounds pretty benign. I have to lay on my back with a cane across my belly, grasp the cane where it meets my body and straight arm the cane over my head to the count of three and then return it across my belly. My shoulder is okay with it but my biceps where they repaired it has me almost in tears. Tried reducing the number, tried holding the cane differently. Hells no, my arm says so I'm not doing it any more till I see them tomorrow.

We got the AC in the window this afternoon. Always fun.....not but temps in the 90s for the next few days kinda made it a necessary pain in the backside.

Thundershirts for dogs. Check Ebay. Usually can find some there more reasonable than new ones.

@BigBlueHen53 maybe mowing that lawn all those years using a gas push mower is what has made your DH reach 70. Just thinkin....

@Granny Hatchet I hope to high heaven that you have nitroglycerine pills on hand to take when you have that chest and jaw pain. Sounds suspiciously like angina to me but I'm no doctor.

@CapricornFarm, how the heck are ya girl? Feeling better I hope. Good to see you on the forum.

You are wise! To stop that particular exercise. Im sure you've been told to push it to a certain point, but not to excruciating pain.
I have nitro pills. Haven't had to use it in a while. :)
