89° outside and ... the AC is not keeping up with it. The cooler co can't get out here till Monday, so ... it's gonna be a challenging weekend. It's 79 here in the house now.

No, I think it's Lyme Disease still kicking the stuffing out of me. So tired all the time. I am still getting bitten by ticks whether I go outside or not. The dogs bring in extra ticks to share. Sigh.

I hear you. I found a tick on my waist under the waist band of my shorts last night. Hadn't been anywhere other than the coop and the house. It's frustrating as all get out. When I do the dogs tick and flea treatment we will be sitting on the sofa with one of the dogs beside us and we will find tick crawling off of them and onto us.

I'm scared of any potential vaccine for Lyme or the co infections but why the heck can't they figure out a topical like they have for dogs and cats?

Had PT today. Therapist was thrilled with my progress in spite of not being able to do the new exercise. He showed me a way to do a modified version of it that has very little discomfort to it.

I saw the final charges for the surgery and MRI. About snorked my ice tea.$126,628.06 and that is without the surgeon fees and PT figured into it. The hospital accepted about 10,000 for their work. Don't understand how they are staying in business.

We stopped by tractor supply and I discovered that they had plants at 25% off. Bought a few, went through check out and the clerk told me that they were getting ready to mark them at 50% off. Did I want some more? Ummmm....yeah? Ya think? Came home with a flat of plants. I'll plant them tomorrow. Got told three times to be VERY careful with my shoulder. So using a little garden trowel to dig in the ground with my left arm/hand is about all I can do. And I'm going to enjoy doing it!
