Yall know Toms not allowed to have something I cant get right? I have been struggling all day to pee. sighhh...I also have a rash today. H2o taught me how to slow my breathing down as I was struggling . I also took 50 mg. Benadryl. Feeling better now. I wonder if I was panicking. How would you even know?

I also told you to take time out to breath. Deep breaths in, slow breaths out persing you mouth to force it out..slowly.
I've had panic attacks real bad in the past. This is when I would almost hyperventilate from breathing so fast! I would take a paper bag to get my fast breathing down. The attacks usually last aroundv20 minutes.
But, I learned when I was stressing to a point that it could turn into a panic attack and I would do the deep breaths first. Helped.

Fluffernutter was inside mostly also. She had a cage set up for when we could not watch her. She followed me all around and would call for me when I was not in sight. She would kick the mastiff off her dog bed and try to dustbathe on it. I loved that girl with all my heart. I am still missing her

Have you tried a paper mask? That is what I used. You could get a child size if adult is still too big.

Im a little perturbed. SD and SIL were leaving and I gave them some frozen food and milk. Robert gave them the cooler he wanted them to have. Our cooler Robert used twice a week and we cant get anymore like them because we don't have that food co. was in the back room. I seen them walking out with it and didn't say a damn word. They already had it packed full. They took them both. I'm not sure what I should of done.

I wish you would have stopped them before they got out the door. And just said, Sorry, there seems to be a misunderstanding ..... y'all can have THIS cooler, but we need THIS one. Can I get you a box or some grocery bags and help you re-pack?

But of course it's too late now. So I agree with the others. Your family knows Robert's autistic and what that entails. So call them up and explain. Look, I made a mistake. I shouldn't have let y'all take that one cooler. Robert's real upset about it and wants it back. Can y'all send me $5 (or whatever) so I can buy him a new one? (Or is that even possible?) And explain to Robert it was a MISTAKE and he'll have to accept a substitute. It could be a lesson in forgiveness for him. If he's up to that? Or maybe I'm totally overthinking this in which case ignore me, lol.
