and I was out weeding wearing a vest. Got into the 40's last night. Currently its 65* which is NICE but when you get your blubber chilled it takes awhile to warm up.

Dill has taken over the Lenament. OMG Filled a 40 quart trash can and only got 1 1/2 rows done.

It's 90 with a real feel of 103 here at the moment. I'm staying in for at least another hour before I go out to see if there are any tomatoes to pick.

Twist, both those recipes look interesting. I may have to try them. I like cottage cheese but Pa doesn't.

Supposed to be 99° Tuesday. Yes, 99°. That’s up from the 97° predicted before. LOL it keeps going up.

Supposed to be 92° tomorrow. Slightly cooler but still ridiculous.

There is an extreme heat warning in place from tomorrow at 11am until Tuesday at 8pm.

Heat index values up to 108 expected.

Supposed to be 101 now. Yesterday it went up to 100 from 99. Now it went from 100 to 101. WTH. Near record high they say. I’m curious what the record is LOL

Only 101 heat index here today. Still hotter than a 2$ Rolex watch. The neighbor came to mow the pasture and bale the grass for hay. I'm just glad that DH isn't going to have to do it this year. He has enough to do with me on the temporary disabled list.

I spent the day tidying up the house. Takes me for freaking ever to get anything done and I didn't sleep well last night. Blasted shoulder stiffened up over night and every time I moved it woke me up protesting. 7 weeks out from surgery as of tomorrow and yep, improvement is there but it's living up to the warning of taking 6 months at least to be healed and 12 months to be pain free and back to normal. Soooooo November 5th is the 6 th month mark. Oh well, there is always next spring and summer.

@twisted-acres-farm that fudge recipe sounds very yummy. I've never met a fudge recipe I didn't like. Thanks for passing it on.
