Yeah but even though those are natural sugars, they are still sugars. It's like, the difference between a prune and a plum. You take all the water out and the sugars become concentrated. That can be hard on you if say, you are diabetic. So the fruit concentrate becomes like sugar in this product. Oh, they're very tricky, these people!
