Granny, I see that a vaccine panel has joined RFK jr. in opposing Thimerosol as a preservative in flu shots. I remember you speaking out against Thimerosol a couple years back. Since then I always accompanied my daughter when she was taking her baby for a vaccination to make sure he was getting a single dose vaccine instead of one they were drawing from a big bottle.

So when the neighbor mowed the pasture for hay, one of his tractor wheels went down in a deep swale in our pasture. Turns out that it is over the BP pipeline and has gotten a lot deeper the last year. So I called around and finally got ahold of somebody in charge of the local pipeline and the rep came out an hour later to look it over. Seems like the swale/sink hole area is over the main active 20" pipeline that is running crude oil from Oklahoma. Area is about 50 feet by 25 feet and about 4 feet deep and a few red alert warnings went off loud enough that the guy measured and put up stakes around the area. Not sure what they are going to do about it. One of those things that they are going to stand around and debate for a month or two but BP has been a good neighbor and always acted when it comes to taking care of their pipeline. They may have to dig down to make sure the pipeline is okay or they may just fill in the hole. He wasn't sure but reassured us that they would take care of it.

From there I murdered a few hundred weeds with herbicide on the driveway. it's 91 here again today. Hot and humid so the AC felt good when I came in. They say thunderstorms and heavy rain tonight. We can only hope. The weather guessers have been missing more than hitting when it comes to getting the rain predictions right.

Have PT tomorrow morning. Shoulder has been very stiff and owie when I wake up in the morning so I'm looking forward to the deep muscle massage. Therapist always makes me do exercises first then the massage. Guess he's figured out that if he gives me the massage first I'm not going to want to do the exercises. Smart man

What did the dr tell you?

Not a lot. Just that he couldn't feel ( "I don't have") pulses in my feet or groin. He has ordered a couple tests . Made one of them ASAP and thinks it may be arteries instead of veins. Then come back and see him after they are done.

Brew is an idiot sometimes LOL

We had just gotten back from our walk tonight at 5:30pm ish or maybe 5:35? So 25 mins ago or 30 mins ago LOL

Brew stepped on (with right front paw) and then chewed/swallowed some sort of biting/stinging thing as he was making disgusted faces/trying to get it off his tongue. Also he was licking his paw before that.

I of course am watching him now in case he swells up. So far so good though.
