Thanks!!!!!! He likes catching flies and sometimes beetles but that’s usually it. He doesn’t usually go after stinging things. But I think this one he stepped on lol and oh wowI hope he is ok Shrek. I have a dog that likes to try and catch any kind of flying insects. She will get it one day
Does his paw hurt or red, swollen? Thanks!!!!!! He likes catching flies and sometimes beetles but that’s usually it. He doesn’t usually go after stinging things. But I think this one he stepped on lol and oh wow
No. And he’s not licking it anymore, just those few times while still outside. And I looked at it a little bit ago and it looks fine and no stinger or anything. And he’s sleeping right now and not swollen at all so I guess I got lucky LOLDoes his paw hurt or red, swollen?
Poor guy!!!!!! Brew once tried to poop on a Yellowjacket nest. That was badThis time....they have a way of always having a next time.
I had a miniature schnauzer who went one on one with yellow jackets. Came home with his nose the size of a ping pong ball and his upper lip swollen. He looked so comical that even the vet cracked up laughing when he saw him.
A shot of Benadryl and some steroids later and he was fine.
Benadryl and Pepto-Bismol are two OTC drugs that you should keep on hand if you have dogs.
Granny, sounds like the wheels of progress are in motion to get you feeling better. Hang on and enjoy the ride as much as you can. Do you know what tests they are ordering for you?
what's the Pepto for? I was using that til I found out it had aspirin in it.Benadryl and Pepto-Bismol are two OTC drugs that you should keep on hand if you have dogs.

It's great to keep on hand for dogs who are suffering from nausea. Vet once told me to get the chewable type, easier to get it down them.what's the Pepto for? I was using that til I found out it had aspirin in it.
