Granny's gone and done it again

So much pain right now.
That was me Sunday Morning. ER gave me a steroid shot in the right lower back and now I can walk again using care not to fall. Raining on us now so the chickens will not get out this afternoon and I hope they have water until early morning. They should have now that the larger coops have multiple water fountains and they were all filled late yesterday afternoon. It never really got hot today either. 76° now with rain.

So your feeling better now? Back pain just ain't fun. I hope your resting when you should be?
How's them new babies doing?

I'm glad your labs are going in the desired direction. I can only drink so much water before I start feeling like a water balloon! What kind of diet are you on? anything you are avoiding or eating more of?
I must have missed the balogna question, what did you ask?
Dairy ,red meat, pork, processed meat, potassium are the hardest things for me to avoid. Phosphorus and magnesium are on the list but don't bother me so much. Drinking enough water is also hard. I drink a big mug of water before I make each meal and then I drink a lot during the day. My urea counts are just one point of so I think I'm doing good with the meats that I eat. The creatinine is pretty high, I have to read again where all the creatinine waste comes from.
I was having some cramps after drinking so today I bought some water. City water is supposed to be safe but there's always the chance.... I have a filter picher but I'm going to try buying some. I was eating watermelons, but you know those little white seeds that you can't spit out, were giving me problems. My GFR went from 31 to 38 so that's better. I would like it at 45. That's my base line

I think Granny asked something about bologna.

Dairy and pork would be the hardest for me to avoid. I love a cold glass of milk! Pork chops on the grill or simmered in tomatoes are yummie! Sorry! I'm tempting you. Creatine is used by the body to supply the muscles with energy. the waste comes from the breakdown of muscle tissue releasing creatine into your blood stream. if your kidneys aren't functioning properly you may have higher levels of creatinine in your blood or urine than you should have.

I like vegetables but I like them cooked with meat! I like fish but it burps up on me. When it's hot outside I like putting it all in the pressure cooker for a one dishes meal
