Thanks. Yeah, it’s funny because I can call doctor’s offices, the vet, etc. on my own now (well, for a while now) or talk to them if they call me but yet this… IDK. This is different. Harder. I think because it involves feelings/emotions/mental health and I’ve always stuffed everything down until fairly recently and still do a lot

When things get stuffed down into small spaces eventually it gets to tight and either bursts out the seams or explodes out the top. Either way is not a pretty sight! and is usually hard to clean up. It's better to let off steam often to prevent eruptions!

As my sister and son-in-law are both carers (different sorts) I know that they like getting calls. Calls = being able to help = feeling good about your job choices. So call those numbers and make someones day.

Feeling a hair better . This was a really rough day. Tom too. He looks very weak in his eyes. Well, He IS very weak. Been thinking all day on how I am going to get him from the van to the Drs. door. First one wed. is in the hospital of course. Thinking I need to drive to the front door and get him in a chair then go park and figure out how Im getting to the doors and thru the hospital. Same problem on the 7th different hospital and they will not help. I have asked already. Then he has one on the 15th but I have 2 before that. Killing me.

Excuse me???? Are you kidding me?? At my hospital we have patient safety assistants and that’s what they do. Help move people around/load/unload etc.
they also usually have taxi vouchers or some such. I’ve got to figure out how to process one that’s a new vendor for someone who went A Distance. (Probably why the taxi co is a new vendor). I don’t know what they’d call the department that oversees that, but they have to have someone to help. Granny oof.

Sigh. Fighting a uti from hell. Glad my insurance has a teledoc option. Can pick up antibiotics tomorrow. Fingers crossed they do the trick. It came on hard and fast.
