I literally can barely walk. I’m limping around LOL SEVERE chafing but it started like the other day so it’s not from all the walking BUT all the walking just made it way worse LOL plus my feet are sore LOL and my headache is slightly coming back.

and I cant remember if powder or lotion helps but I think its powder. Have you tried anything? You can give your feet a soak. If you have any epsom salt all the better to soak in

I can’t remember it either. I looked it up and I think it mentioned powder or Vaseline LOL I haven’t tried anything cause I don’t have either. And I don’t have epsom salts or a tub or bucket
