I slept for 10 hours last night and still want to sleep all day today. I'm just going to rest today I guess. It was an emotional trip but still nice to see my sister, two half sisters and a good friend. My dogs missed me and I think hubby did too.

Granny, it's never a crime or sin to ask for help if and when you need it. The only mistake you can make is not asking for help. There has to be somebody there who will help you with transportation to doctor's appointments. Not only for you but for Tom also.

Nurse Becky here. If you have a home health care nurse who isn't showing up and not doing her job when she does, you need to call and tell them to send somebody different because the next time she shows up you are not going to let her in. Then tell them why.

There are a lot of dedicated, caring, compassionate nurses out there and then there are the ones who give nurses a bad name.
