I use the shredded Mexican cheese and just use the warmth of my hand to compress the cheese around the pill. A bit like Superman squeezing coal into diamond.

Not to brag or anything but this chicken salad is really good LOL maybe I’m just hungry… it took forever to pull it apart because I had soooooo much LOL oh well. Worth it.

These were Benadryl pills for Sammy. No heat in this cheese, it's just ... 4 kinds of cheese I think.

I thought Mexican cheese meant spicy aka hot. I knew the Benadryl part.
