Good Morning all Waiting on Nancy, Kevin and his father. There's just no stopping them on that tree. 5 more days til D day for me. IDK what I will do if he says he cant help me. He has to! No way around it. This is not going to be my new normal.
I know I haven't been very entertaining lately and Im sorry. This pain is just unreal.

Good morning Granny. It's hard to be funny when you hurt. But I don't know that we come here particularly to be amused or entertained. There are other threads for that. Me, I come here because this feels like home and y'all are about the closest thing I have to family. I come to catch up, to touch base, to check in. To share, to commiserate, to sympathise, to encourage, and to recieve the same in kind. There's just no place like Granny's!

Rain here today too. We had a decent storm last night. Lost tv a couple times. I've only gotten 1 tomato this yr and it was $4. a lb.

When DH went out this morning to give the chicks fresh water, they mobbed him and escaped the brooder so he just left their front doors open. Later GC said some had escaped the little pen so I asked her to see if she could herd them back into the brooder and close them up. I'm so afraid Ryder's going to snarf them down like chicken nuggets. Besides, it's supposed to rain today. She succeeded so I feel better.

Oh, forgot to mention. When I went out to clean poop trays yesterday, there was a dead hen on the floor, one of my Sapphire Gems. No clue what happened to her. If I were to guess I would say something spooked her in the night and she died of impact. No visible wounds anyway.

If he can’t help you, you will just have to find a new dr.

This will be the second surgeon. The first was before all these tests. The very old man that hurt me. I made him mad when I told him I was craving a smoke right then. He went in there and said there was nothing he could do. He never mentioned PAD or the other blockages.

xs3 started last year for me.
They make that potassium in a powder form. orange flavor I remember. It wasn't hard to drink. Just ask pharmacist to swap them.

I don't know how much I need but I often test low in it. I don't eat many bananas or potatoes.

Not much potassium in bananas..not sure how that got started, but a good amount in potatoes with skin.
Dr Google...Potatoes, especially when baked with the skin on, generally contain more potassium than bananas. A medium baked potato with skin can have around 930 mg of potassium, while a medium banana contains about 420 mg.
