Nope, not in Kirksville. There is one in Macon about 6 miles further from us than K'ville is. I'm not all that impressed with Samaritan. Nice enough but they start dunning you for money the minute you walk in the door, like, you are having an MRI, are you prepared to pay 380 dollars up front? After a couple of times hearing that it kinda sours you out on a hospital.

Northeast Regional Med Center has the fact going for it that it is associated with the nearby AT Still University and is a teaching hospital so they are pretty state of the art...even if they can't read a CT scan. The first thing they did was run tests making sure his heart was okay. They even stuffed 4 baby aspirin down him. Of course his heart was fine it was his belly that was killing him.

He came home running a temp. I got his meds down him got him to drink some water and he put himself to bed. He's been sleeping since he got home. Think I'll let him sleep till he wakes up then make him something to eat.

I just got my exercises done, got myself dressed and my hair combed and am heading outside to let the birds out. They are probably wondering where the H that useless hooman is.

That's all hail? Yikes! I've seen it here where the road has a thin cover on it but never in banks like that. Stuff is treacherous to drive on to boot.
