Did I mention that I got caught by a cloud burst coming in from the farm early weds morning. When I got into town I had to drive in the middle passing lane as the roads were flooded. Even had some water come in ALL 3 basement windows on the west side of the motel.

My house has never been nasty. Heavy on the dust, sometimes but never unfit to live in.

I believe you BUT remember what the state/big brother deems unacceptable , would be just fine for the average joe.

For instance, Stark County Housing has tons of rules for the people they help out, including separate bedrooms for each child no matter their sexes. Things that "normal" family's do NOT consider necessary.
