Hmm..wondering if I could let my bread maker do that part your mixer does. I don't care for the look of the bread makers loaves.

I think you can use the maker to mix 'doughs' for you. I'm not crazy about he shape of the bread either but we use the bread maker in the summer to cut down on oven usage. Since we heat with wood we cool the house with window AC units and they can only do so much.

In the winter I use the recipe I have for sweet Amish white bread and bake it in the oven,

I'm multi tasking. Making Veggie soup, then make the bed, then organize medicines for the next week, then get dressed and head out to let the chickens out.

We have had over 3 inches of rain the past few days, prolly more so the run is a giant glob of mud. Chickens are happy so if they don't mine it neither do I.

Usually people feel their worst 3 days after surgery. That is when they are more inclined to run a low grad temp, have more pain, etc. DH slept much of yesterday so I hoped he had avoided the day 3 post surgical crud. Nope, he's doing it today. No temp but lots of pain. So he's taking it easy with the ice pack and tv remote.

Aww poop. Sorry he's having a rough patch. Your soup should perk him right up though! to help him feel better. Take it easy, Girlie, you are still recovering yourself, not SuperWoman!
