I used to help run 5-day Stop smoking clinics. Day One, cut back by a half. Day Two, cut back by another half. Days 3, 4 and 5, cold turkey. Drink LOTS of water. Do a lot of walking or jogging. Day 6, Bam, you're done. Cravings practically zero. We had a high success rate.

well got 2 loads of laundry done and then delt with the "CRAZY" one, ended up calling the cops and the hauled her off. Ended up with 4 cops as they "know" her pretty.

Did a little weeding and I have a idea of what the a@@hole who keeps filling my dumpster drives. If I ever catch him things are going to hit the fan,

but I don't like water and if I am hot and sweaty it actually makes me hurl. Oh and my burn pit is full so I would have to hide the bodies in the trench they are digging for the new water lines at the farm,

Both knees? Well that's not fair. Do you get the pain flare with them after the shot like you do with the shoulder injection?

No. I get the gel injections now. Hyaluronic injections. Last time he went ahead and did both in the knee. The steroid and the gel. Gel takes a while to kick in. Steroid works fast.
