ring cam would require a smart phone. Not sure if I could get a game camera low enough to get a pic of the license plate number and how to make sure it didn't grow legs.

well it is illegal in the city to use someone else's dumpster. Not sure what the penalty would be.

No its a bottled water with a "hint" of fruit flavors but no sugar, no clories. I'm like you, plain water makes me sick but I HAVE to drink something, and soda's a no-go bc of kidney stones, even sugar-free; juice is a no bc of blood sugar. Hint works.
