Granny's gone and done it again

Thanks BLue. On top of it I saw my surgeon today. Showed him my swollen biceps and told him how was so painful after I did my exercises....and drove 6 hours a day....he wasn't too alarmed. Checked me and said I had good strength in that arm but thought I was pushing myself too hard...but don't stop exercises. Sigh. Okay. Supposed to keep using the Voltarin gel and ice packs and keep exercising but only one day of PT per week for awhile.
He's giving you mixed message or am I not reading that right?

One just dropped dead in the garden, age we think. One we sacrificed to chicken-proof Ryder. And off the top of my head I don't remember what happened to the third one but it wasn't a dog. Hmm.
I'm sorry for your loss. Are the cocks turning into broth?

Hi honey, Im home!!!
I do have a copy of what was done but its a long read. First I just want to thank everyone for all the love. It does my heart good. I did work very hard to reach the milestones I needed to be sent home. Up and walking, ect...... I ended up taking a lift home that cost the hospital $100. I gave the man a good tip because I knew he wasn't getting all that money the company does. I surprised everyone when I got home but I had left my bag outside and Robert wasn't home so he seen that first and knew I was there. LOL
Good work, Granny! They can't keep a good woman down can they. Now hurry up and get better. Plenty of rest, healthy food (but don't forget that special comfort food, you deserve it. Something like choco cake or cookies!) And try to avoid stress as much as possible, I know I know, I haven't been able to figure that one out myself. Most of all, Hugs sweet lady :hugs

The bibis don't fit under the mamas any more! :lau
