Granny's gone and done it again

Not at all hungry. Too hot to eat! 🥵
We saw 96 here today. Too danged hot and our AC isn't keeping up.. 85 in the house.

@troyer are you going to use the white milk thistle to make a tea? I use it for liver health since some time back during a CT they told me I had non alcoholic fatty liver disease. My liver enzymes have been perfect ever since I started taking it.

My mom died from that and Robert and myself have it.

I forgot to say I got Twizzlers earlier. 🤣🤣🤣🙈🙈🙈🙈
Used that for stress reduction whilst traversing back and forth between Liberty and home. Must have went through 5 large bags of the stuff....now I have to loose the weight I gained before I see the doctor in October...5 pounds worth of indulgence but man I LOVE that stuff.

I’m practicing the “ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” idea.
Yes, I’m using them for tea. There’s quite a lot around here so no shortage for me.

Sigh. I think I have it too. So many things I could die from. But I have better things to do, really.
The thing about fatty liver disease is that you can reverse it by changing your diet and losing weight. I've done both. I've read that CT scans after weight loss show a reduction in fat in the liver.

We are what we eat.
