Granny's gone and done it again

You're so faithful about that. You're an inspiration, really. You keep me walking around my house. The dogs love it, too.
Awwww thank you!!!!!!!!! I missed this morning because I was exhausted and slept in LOL :lau  but I will do a big one this evening and maybe tonight too and then continue with 2-3 big walks a day tomorrow. LOL

I'm having problems with keeping my BP up again. I just want to sleep. Yesterday was so bad I felt close to passing out. It got down to 90 over 77. I was eating green olives and drinking caffeine like no other. Water. Legs up. I finally asked Austin for a blessing. :) It finally came up to where I could stand better by evening. Need to call my doctor. This is happening too often since my weight loss.
Sure hope you figure out whats causing your tiredness...BP? I'm thinking you are long enough out from the flu shot.
Thanks, Cynthia. My BP is good actually. 130 over 75ish. Too much water can flush out your salts, can't it?

Salt! More salt! Gimme more. More, MOOOORE SAAALT!

Well, my Tuesday sux. Had appointment with my orthopedic surgeon this morning. Shoulder had been bothering me all weekend since my Friday PT session. Slightest movement made me whimper so I knew something was messed up. Sure enough, I have bursitis in the repaired rotator cuff. After getting numbed up and injected with what appeared to be a 20cc syringe...really about a 5cc but when it's going into your shoulder it's always huge, along with the needle that looks like a 10 penny nail.....I got grounded for a week. No PT, no exercises no nothing. It could be a lot worse and I am only 4mo out from surgery but dang it! I've been dealing with this and my patience is starting to run thin. And it's never been that great to start with.

@BigBlueHen53 I know I can't take Gabapentin along with Flexeril during the day. I'll have visual disturbances and balance problems for sure. I usually take it at night just to bypass the side effects. And I agree with @Cynthia12. When my BP goes low I feel like a slug. Spend most of my time sitting on the sofa keeping it from floating away. Have you taken your blood pressure while feeling like you do?
