I just got a new computer as well, and it's a slog trying to get it to act like the last one. Life was so much simpler before all this technology mumbo jumob.

I do take Potassium every day, and Magnesium a few times a week.

Oops, missdd one. I take a D3 and K2 gummy every morning. No magnesium yet but I do drink an Ensure every day.

Well, my Tuesday sux. Had appointment with my orthopedic surgeon this morning. Shoulder had been bothering me all weekend since my Friday PT session. Slightest movement made me whimper so I knew something was messed up. Sure enough, I have bursitis in the repaired rotator cuff.

Oh maaaan! Can't you do anything by halfs! So sorry you're hurting again, and you were doing SO WELL!

After getting numbed up and injected with what appeared to be a 20cc syringe...really about a 5cc but when it's going into your shoulder it's always huge, along with the needle that looks like a 10 penny nail.....I got grounded for a week. No PT, no exercises no nothing. It could be a lot worse and I am only 4mo out from surgery but dang it! I've been dealing with this and my patience is starting to run thin. And it's never been that great to start with.

Well, but you gotta. Give it time, Hon. Let it heal. They toldja it would take a year. They weren't kidding.. Now it's time to quit bein' a nurse and be the patient. 'Kay?

@BigBlueHen53 I know I can't take Gabapentin along with Flexeril during the day. I'll have visual disturbances and balance problems for sure. I usually take it at night just to bypass the side effects. And I agree with @Cynthia12. When my BP goes low I feel like a slug. Spend most of my time sitting on the sofa keeping it from floating away.

Far as I know I am not taking Flexeril. I'd be totally unconscious if I were...

I made the print bigger but it didn't stay that way.
What did I do... Hmmm good question. I used to say that whenever someone got more chickens and still do sometimes but I have been slacking. Some of us on here including myself don't even have chickens anymore but we grew very close to each other and I wouldn't have it any other way. Welcome to the thread!
