oh yeah, they all thrived into adolescence and adulthood LOL I lost one of them to a hawk but the others all grew up and had chicks of their own LOL

Their “aunt” took over after a couple weeks though as the SS lost interest LOL

Ma took the above photo of one of the 55 Flowery Hen chicks. Excited to see the six of them laying Jumbo eggs.

I've managed to do a little outside today. Little is the key word. I'll try and do a little more once I cool off from wrangling a 100' roll of 48" wide hardware cloth.

Two Legbar boys that we hatched. They stay underfoot and call it helping. Going to Home Depot Saturday to look for decking stain to refinish all of the deck we have. It's about 25 years old and could use a face lift.
