Granny's gone and done it again

Sour cream and honey, it helps me fall asleep quicker.

I'm very crabby early in the morning. VERY. CRABBY. For me, mornings hurt. I thnk my family fear waking me up. They let me wake up naturally and pretty much leave me alone until I've had my hot drink and can speak like a normal human being, not groan like a Yeti in pain.

I wish men had off switches, for Sunday mornings when you want to sleep in and they want to get up and get on with it and need your help.
Teach him to do things he can do without yor help and you will help him with shared projects later. MUCH later. Make a list on Saturday afternoons of His chores, your chores and shared chores. Tell him you are in Do Not Disturb mode until ... whenever.

Morning all. Think I mighta messed up. Friday night I closed off the brooder and we supervised while the babies figured out they were supposed to herd themselves into the Big House. Took a while but eventually they managed. Well and good.

Saturday night, however, we were out late and didn't get back till after dark. We only counted 14 in the Big House and no sign of the other 7 anywhere, though we searched diligently everywhere. Went to bed hoping for the best. I think DH says he may have counted 19 this morning, but it's hard to know for sure as they are very active. I will shoot pictures of them this afternoon at snack time and see if I can get an accurate count. Wish me luck!

Honestly not too worried about predators with all 3 dogs out and about and no sign of feather evidence although I know that's no guarantee ...

I hope you find them all. What kind are they?
