How many eggs is too many for one man?
There were two yolks that were broken and ran in amongst the others.
On top of the eggs I added red onions and hamburger. I seasoned the hamburger with celery salt, white pepper, dill weed and parsley flakes.
Fried it in a combination of tallow and butter.
I ate it with chunks of cream cheese sprinkled throughout the whole, it was very filling and delicious.

I work at a Menards...it's certainly lacking the right, need I say, people to properly run the place. And I'm a member of the Hardware Dept., and we're the one's who have to switch things around for holidays every year.
So far, I've been there for almost 2 years now and as of late, things haven't really been, the BEST...we've been losing team members and gaining them frequently enough....
The GM's (general managers) have been pretty grumpy (2 out of the three however XD). Two out of the three Hardware managers are either dictators or down right bossy (maybe they're just in need of retirement, idk, XD)
Plus, customers can be so dumb XD...or just plain rude! I understand you think differently, but common sense isn't that different because it's common knowledge XD...lately I've noticed some people don't have an ounce of it in them lol...
Otherwise, on a plus note, I have made a few come and gone friends and currently work every single Tuesday and Thursday and every other weekend (because it's required for you to work at least every other weekend)...I can have laughs with customers sometimes, too and other team members...so it's just, okay XD

18 eggs, Troyer? Goodness, do you only eat once a day? That seems like a lot of food for one meal. Where's your vejibles?

Melissa got re-tested for her Alpha-GAL allergy today by her GI dr. She keeps hoping it will go away, but no such luck. In fact she was told it's worse than ever and her dr wants her to not even take any medication in gelatin capsules. She'll have to get a lot of her meds re-issued.

I like ketchup on potatoes, don't recall putting it on carrots.

well the carrots were in with the potatoes but I had the ketchup on the side and I took fork fulls and dipped it in and then...yeah...lol XD
