Nah it’s not potassium. Also it’s a capsule. But good advice. Thanks!!There is one trick for the big horse pills. It's called pudding. Put the pill in a big spoon of pudding (I prefer chocolate kills the taste of the pill) swallow the pudding and pill down in one big gulp. I used to take Potassium. Slow K. Without pudding, lol. Don't know how many times I gagged them down.
Just remember, @ShrekDawg, if they are time released potassium tablets, don't chew or break them up.
