I'm afraid Rojo, my rooster, might kill him. He's killed a cockerel before. I know I'm going to have to dispatch Rojo at some point for this to work, for the Am cockerel to take over the flock. Rojo is at LEAST four years old, maybe five and has chronic bumblefoot. He's a real dear, but ... it's time.
