To add to my woes, Sammy went after Sylva (one of our cats) with serious intent this afternoon. He's never liked her but today he actually grabbed her, got her by the back. I don't know what might have happened if Melissa and I hadn't both hollered at him and he let her go. I believe he could have done her a serious injury or worse. I'm absolutely heartbroken. I can't have that. But I've seen it coming. I can't trust him. And she's just the sweetest thing.

Granny, I'm so sorry I haven't been here. My daughter is in jail and her husband's car got impounded and I'm doing my best over here to try to help them and ... I can't. I keep trying and jumping through hoops and ... there is nothing I can do. I'm sorry, I'm a little distracted over here. They are in TX.
