well IF this thermoter is working correctly and I did it right (both questionable) 99.1*

99.1 is considered low grade. They aren't any more fun than a 102 though, IMHO.

@BigBlueHen53 all I know is that they are flying all around outside landing on you, biting you and I'm having to knock them off the storm door screens before I dare open the door. All I know is I don't know how they get in the house although I suspect due to the fact that our building is metal they are able to find their way in around the vents then into the house. The first winter we lived here we went down into the basement and there were whole colonies of them hanging on the poured concrete walls that were two feet across if not bigger. Like some freaking Stephen King movie. DH was outside today trying his portable lumber mill for the first time. I went out to see how he was doing and the danged things were biting me on the back of my neck. Sent them to Japanese Beetle Valhalla.

No bras? Y'all must be members of the fried egg club. Me? Not so lucky although I gave up regular bras for front closure and pull over sport bras. So much more amiable to my old body.

@Granny Hatchet. No good deed going unpunished. For us for instance, we rescued the 5 cattle dog pups from certain death and they tried to eat our cats. And rescued two male cats....and they peed on our futon mattress. Yeah, still we love/loved them.

same here. 96.8 is my normal.

That's my normal too! Sorry I missed everybody! If I get up to 97 I feel pretty yucky. I even had my dr record it on a day I felt perfectly fine just to have it in my file.

Twist I know I missed you but if your normal is 98.6 and you're running 99.1, you should not take anything for it. That's only half a degree high. Your body runs hot when you're sick to kill the bad bugs. You should not take anything unless you get up to about 101 and have body aches. Tell him, @microchick!

If your fever gets over 101 you can alternate ibuprofen and Tylenol, take one or the other every two hours. But don't take Ibu if you're taking another NSAID.

@microchick I know what you mean about those nasty Asian ladybird beetles. They bite and they stink! I got one in my ear one night and it was AWFUL. DH shined a light and it crawled out. Ugh! <shivers>

Heading for bed early. Hope I can sleep after not sleeping so well last night. Austin will get home from California tomorrow night. They're driving straight through. Around d 12 hours. Ugh. Got my covid shot today. Flu shot last week. More snow on our mountains. Whoot! Puppy can sleep longer through the night. No getting up every 2 or 3 hours.
