when the herd was pg checked in March the vet did NOT see a fetus BUT the "calf bed" looked like she should be pg. Gestion is 9 months.

OR the fetus was to far in OR to small for the ultra sound to pick it up. Keep in mind a full term yak calf is around 25 pounds or so instead of 50+ for cattle.
