Granny's gone and done it again

I never do stuff like that! I keep at least 10 rolls of tp in the bathroom. When I get down to 3 or 4 rolls, I fill it back up. GS is taking a shower now but later I will show you where I keep my stash.
I keep at least 4 extra rolls in both bathrooms and a pack in the utility room. TP is something you never want to run out of!

Here are my stashes.
First is right in front of the toidy:

Next is under the sink:

And final is in a small cupboard next to the toidy, between the shower and the exterior wall. Used to be the plumbing wall but moved the plumbing when we remodeled. There's usually a whole package there but as you can see, I'm running low.

When it comes to tp, I don't mess around! :lau

I guess this is what happens when the govt is in the business of business instead of being in the business of governing. And that's as political as I am going to get here, lest I get sent on a vacation.
@Finchbreeder and Blue this isn't political at all. The whole world is a business. Trust me, even the church you go to only operates because of the donations that are dropped in the collection plate every Sunday morning or whatever day you choose to worship. If the offerings don't add up, bills can't be paid and the church closes. Trust me. I used to sit on a big church counsel and saw the bills every month. They were tremendous and the offerings never met the need. It's that way no matter what the 'business' is whether it's a country or a church or the deli down the street. If the income doesn't match or exceed the expenses, nothing good happens. If the deli down the street gives out free sandwiches all day and doesn't take in any money that deli isn't going to be open for very long unless people start leaving donations in the tip jars that supersedes the cost of the free sandwiches going out.

It doesn't matter what country you are in and a lot of Europe is in a lot worse shape than America is right now. Actually we have it pretty good all things considered.

The good thing is that we live in a competitive society. If you aren't happy with one business, there is always one better that you can bring on board and who will be thrilled for your business. Nobody should have to put up with substandard care for their selves or their loved ones. :hugs

@Granny Hatchet, you definitely need a gait belt for Tom along with some disposable 'blue pads' for his chair. We tried to use them sparingly under bottoms in bed as they can trap moisture against the body if left wet but they sure will save you time and effort if you put one in his wheel chair or recliner.:hugs

Vacations? Man I could use one. In more ways than one.

Just a PS. I once observed to my pastor during one of the meetings, 'you make this sound like we are running a business' His response? 'That's exactly what it is'. That was a shocker.

@troyer. Oh man, lamb chops and bread fried in meat fat. I'm salivating even as I feel my arteries clamp shut. But do write down your recipes. My mother had a lot of problems but being a bad cook wasn't one of them. Between the cross cultural recipes of a Pennsylvania Dutch father and a Cherokee/Irish southern momma, there was always a proliferation of really good food around, a lot of the southern cuisine fried in bacon grease and the Pennsylvania Dutch centering around sausage, gravy and sour kraut. Yet somehow my arteries only show mild buildup of fat....It's gotta be a miracle.

But she never wrote down a recipe. They were all in her head and when dementia moved in, she forgot every one of them. I managed to get her Sour Cream Chocolate Cake recipe when she was first diagnosed but by then a lot of the foods I grew up with and their recipes were lost forever. Trust me, your kids will thank you for doing that long after you are gone.
