I did some going through stuff today. It's a draining process. But it would be good to have less stuff to move. Last time we had to leave a bunch of stuff behind!

@h2oratt, I have some pics for you. Did you know there is a new temple in Farmington, NM? My son Adam was the foreman (I think that was his position) on pouring the concrete on this project. I snagged a few pics for you today.

Oh I'm sorry. I didn't realize all my pics had that big fence in the way. Here's the church right across from it.

Both are very impressive. They're right across from San Juan College, which has also grown amazingly since the last time I was there.

Yes, I can do a change of address. We close on Dec 12th! So before that it will be my current address.
I will post my new address a bit later in November.

I had to move 2 houses by myself. I feel your pain.

Staying with different friends. Lauren's place is tiny. Bob and Sharrel have a little guest house. Very comfy.

Perfectly understandable.

Supper is sweet potatoes fried in avocado oil and seasoned with salt and white pepper.
Elk cutlets seasoned with celery salt, dill weed and parsley. Fried in the oil leftover from frying the sweet potatoes.
Sides of green onion cheese and sour cream.
It was delectable.
If I want to redo this recipe I’ll have to come back to this post.
