Supper is sweet potatoes fried in avocado oil and seasoned with salt and white pepper.
Elk cutlets seasoned with celery salt, dill weed and parsley. Fried in the oil leftover from frying the sweet potatoes.
Sides of green onion cheese and sour cream.
It was delectable.

Did I tell you the airline took my remote speaker out of my luggage and confiscated it? I didn't even realize it was missing until last night as I was getting ready for bed and discovered it missing. When I was going through security the gal held it up and asked is this a speaker and I said yes. She said your bag has to go back through. She didn't say I couldn't have it, or it wasn't sllowed or anything like that. So I waited while it went back through the x-ray, picked up my bag and went on my merry way. I usually listen to my music at night. But it was gone! Fortunately I also brought my earbuds so I still have my bedtime music. My own fault, I guess, for not knowing it wasn't allowed. But I'm still sad I have to buy a new one when I get home.
