Granny's gone and done it again

Very excited to move to the new house. Not sure when we will move. I hope having close neighbors will not be traumatic. When we lived in Florida, after living in the country, I didn't like living there. Fortunately, we will be close to the studio where I teach classes. Right now , we are helping the studio owner make 500 little heart dishes for a company that's working to promote the city. They will be giving them away at a function to promote the area. Yesterday I spent 8 hours applying color to these dishes. We need to have them done by the 15th of this month!
I'm glad the 2 of you were able to work it out.

Maude is in trouble. She hatched 4 of 6 eggs and all are boys. She left the nest with 2 eggs remaining and I hatched one of them in the incubator that is a girl. Not good odds for that lady. I suppose she will be broody again by Feb or maybe sooner.

Ready for a shower and an early date with my pillow. Worked 2 hours outside today and am feeling it. Next few days will be good for working on coops and runs. Need 3 new coops ASAP. The Niederrheiner chicks are growing like weeds in June. We will vaccinate them for Fowl Pox before putting them where they are not behind mosquito proof screen. Their new coop will be outfitted with aluminum screen over the hardware cloth in their coop. Can't do that in the run but can in a large coop for 10 birds. In a 150 sq' coop they can survive until 12-14 weeks of age for the first treatment and another 6 weeks until they get the booster.

Don't envy you with neighbors. We live on 4+ acres and neighbor lives on 10. We keep him in eggs and he keeps our garden tractor running. Glad we don't live in FL anymore either. That's our birthplace but the town got uppity and banned chickens. Here we could have pigs if we wanted to. No one can hear our mornings of being serenaded by a dozen or so roosters. Glad you are close to your studio at least.

Me eyes are done for the day. Get my teeth back tomorrow. Had a new liner put in my denture. Should be enjoying real food tomorrow night.
Have a good sleep Larry.

Why is she in trouble?

I have to get Robert up at 7am for his "surgery" They put him under for tooth/3 teeth extraction. He seems to be struggling to keep his sugar up since last night.
So Gnight all, sleep well.
