Well it's time for me to be up and about. 7 a m here, gonna go see if my hosts are awake.

7 here too. You're in my time zone now.
I'm heading back to bed. Been up since 6. Dogs. And grandkids. I help them get breakfast. Love those littles!

With Lupus it's..a thing. Oh well. It is either meds for the high..or..green olives and the juice in the bottle to keep it up. Salt. And I need to drink a lot of water for both.

My sodium was low last check. I like dill pickle juice but olive to me is nasty and I do like olives. I prefer oranges. The salt really sticks to those! lol

DH had an allergic reaction to the IV chemo and stopped breathing. That was frightening but an epi pen and steroids got him going again. Were in the ER till 3::00 AM this morning. But my sleep is gone

Yikes! Did you have the pen or ? I bet that was scary. I hope he is ok.
