Google does not have experience with the real world. It's best to get information from the people that work in the field, even if you have to make a lot of phone calls. Take advantage of all the services hospice provides and ask questions! If you don't know what to ask explain what you need to them. If one person doesn't know, ask who you need to talk to that will know. Being scared is OK it just means you know you need help and are willing to try. All of us here are supporting you in our prayers.

Yes, and this is where the social worker comes in. They help you talk about any concerns.

From what I've been hearing from you, I would say bed. He's going to be exhausted with all thats going on. He will probably have a hard time trying to get up from a chair later.
