Granny's gone and done it again

I mentioned the Dept of Aging last week, @lovesfarms. There are a lot of programs out there for us oldsters that nobody knows about because they aren't advertised.

Things like this we have to face in life makes me mumble, 'what doesn't kill me makes me stronger and I'm on the road to being Wonder Woman'.

When I brought my dad home from the nursing home I set down withthem and they did a lot to help me get him signed up for a home care program. They will help you, Granny.

The office of aging came out to our house and approved DH for extra help. But we are stuck at the medicaid level

Thank you. I just cant figure out another way to bring money in the house short of renting his room and that's not the safest thing to do.
A lot of people do it in calif because housing is so high.
You just hav3 to prescreen them. Like a rental place would do.

It was a different time back then. Even the department stores used some sort of greenstamps.

My first memory of department stores started with Woolworths.
5& dime but I CRS. I have a check issued to my GM from 63 I believe from Sears & Roebucks for 2 cents.
