Granny's gone and done it again

Have to remember, those that are telling you what you can have are only going by the ..set..rules. They didn't make them. :)
Yeah, Cynthia but at that moment, I was unemployed and he was making under 1000 a month on SS. Those kind of rules are not geared towards the elderly and their needs.

I've been really stressed out. I had called in to change his address when we moved here but apparently they didn't change it everywhere. That is on the list of to dos. So I called in again to change it cause you can't do it on line. They asked him where he grew up and he gave every answer imaginable but they kept saying it's wrong. We even called his sister and her answers were wrong. After we hung up, I called in again to see if I get a different person. It was a man and he accepted DH answer. He made a phone appointment so we can change it. Thinking I could still do better, I called again and the lady said nobody knows how to do it right so she changed his address. I logged into my social security and saw she changed his mailing address but not the residential address. Every time I call in, I'm on hold at least half an hour. That phone appointment is tomorrow and.... Now DH has blood in his urine and has aDrs appointment and I'm afraid it will over lap. Of course they won't speak to me
Don't feel bad. When I married DH and changed my name and address they messed it up. It took me forever to get it straightened out. When they finally fixed it they thought it was funny. Oh look! Somebody transposed two numbers. Like, duh, and I've called you how many times about this?

I swear these people are dumb as a bag of owl poop. They have government jobs, pensions, health care coming out the wazoo and none of them know what the heck they are doing. The only way they can be fired is if they kill somebody and then I'm sure they'd get off and be back on the job on Monday morning.

Sorry. I'm just reading so much pain on the thread lately and so much of it is avoidable. Loved ones die. Families shouldn't have to have additional pain and stress laid on them while they are grieving so deeply.

Think I'll call it a night. Keep your chins up everyone and keep praying.

busy day and not done yet.

Went over to the bed bug epicenter and put the paneling and trim back up. Bagged all the bedding and towels hauled them over to the house (only brought inside 1 bag at a time) and opened each bag inside the dryer and cooked/dried for an hour on high, then into the washer on HOT and back into the dryer. Found a guiena pig to volunteer to spend a couple night in the apt to make SURE the little SOB"S are dead and gone.

Pulled staples and screws out of the wall in the other apartment. (fish turd from ground zero kept going over there to visit and infected that apt as well) took the curtains down and tossed them as they were shot. Spackled all the holes and such. Ready to be painted tomorrow (hopefully)
