So girl nobody's asked that I know of so I am. How are you feeling? Much better I hope. I know inactivity is rough but you are doing the right thing, easing back into things with Brewster and hitting the physical therapy. I finally finished mine the first of last month. 4 long tedious, painful months but I stuck with it. Make sure you do the exercises they give you religiously. You will do as well as you let yourself so stick with it.He’s a bit overly excited after 6 weeks without them.but he’ll get better. We’ve only been on a few so far. I gotta get back into our daily walks and long walks. Right now we’re sticking to shorter ones until we both build back some more endurance and stamina.

) but I just meant like building back up because in the hospital I just stood around or sat down all day. I moved a little bit but not nearly like I was before I went in doing miles LOL so I have to ease back into it. My calves were burning going up a hill today.
