I’m frozen down here.

It’s complicated LOL Old house so we just have forced air so it’s on and off constantly and the thermostat is upstairs so I can’t control it. And their area is bigger plus they have a wood stove so sometimes they have it barely on and then I freeze. Or even if it is on, it goes from 110° when it’s on to 0° when it switches off LOL I just wear sweatshirts and sweatpants (my normal attire anyway ) and/or use blankets LOL I ended up getting a hat out LOL

But they finally got home (they were at my uncle’s) and turned the heat on LOL I opened all the vents and shut the outside door (I was standing in it watching Brew)

Now I’m hot but I know I will be cold when it switches off so I am leaving all the vents open until it switches off again so it can get as warm as possible LOL

There's a plan! And if your house is anything like ours, it's always at least 10° cooler in the basement than upstairs. I can feel the temperature change as I walk down the stairs. Also, do you have an electric blanket or an electric mattress pad? I love mine! The mattress pad is the BEST. Get an electric space heater with a thermostat and one that shuts off if it gets knocked over.

They brought some money for me to give to the funeral home and I picked out an urn that she ordered. Its a wooden box w/ the tree of life on it.
