Good night, Iris. I'm still here! It's been a long week for me! I'm glad I was able to bring home some of my dinner rolls for our family and that I don't have to bake tomorrow!

I think I'm really thankful for my KitchenAid mixer. There's no way I could have baked all those rolls without it.

We brought home about a dozen but others took some home also, and some made plates to share. We had so much food! Pastor and one of the deacons took plates to the jail too, he has a prison ministry.

So You didn't go overboard making too many.

No, they all got taken care of one way or another. I actually had to snag the dozen I got and told DH to stash them in the car!

One day I made two double batches of my bread recipe. A double recipe made about 36 dinner rolls. Another day I made a single (18) and a double recipe on the same day. Whew!

So a total of about 126 rolls ...
