Are they the rumpless?Oh no, I wouldn't. Not the Ameraucanas. I have two now. Going to hang on to both for a while until I decide which one will be my breeder. If I'd had five I would have kept them all until I was sure, and then maybe kept at least one spare, as long as they got along okay. Maybe sold a couple extras but too expensive for freezer camp!
No, that's Araucanas. They're really hard to breed, I understand. Theyy have a lethal gene. Are they the rumpless?
Glad to see you, have a good day?I'm here!
I did, yes, thank you. How about you?Glad to see you, have a good day?
Cat head biscuits?I do too! For bread.
It has rained all day, but I was able to make some progress with sorting a box of old family photos. Lots a memories in that box.I did, yes, thank you. How about you?
I'm not 100% sure. They're hard to come by. They're a foundation breed for EE. You can get EE anywhere for about $3/chick. These run $27 to $30 per. I got mine at Cackle Hatchery, which is at the north end of Missouri, and Melissa and I drove up there and picked them up. I guess just not that many people breed them, maybe?what makes them expensive?
I had one that I hatched. Wish I had a photo. Black one. I used to buy eggs. Some from BYC here. No, that's Araucanas. They're really hard to breed, I understand. Theyy have a lethal gene.
