I used to do the whole block, but I don’t have the freezer space to cut it into small chunks and freeze.

I don’t care for cheese after it has been frozen. It seems to change the texture.

Leave him a notebook he can read when you are gone with what's happening next. He can write in it too.

I did not know you could freeze it. do you get the same texture when thawed?

It’s slightly more dry, but very edible.
