Naan is delicious! It's been a while since I've made it. It has a lot more fat than pita. There are many kinds of flatbread. Rats, now I want to make some of that, too! But tomorrow I am committed to making a boule (round loaf) so I can bake some Brie cheese in it after it cools. The naan will have to wait!

that explains it. I used to eat a lot of pita in Mi filled w/ all sorts of things and when we moved here it wasn't to be found. Finally seen the naan and it was pretty close but no stuffing it

Got all the packages mailed on monday and ran a bunch of errands. And got to mass.

Hauled out 800 lbs of layer feed for the hens yesterday. Sucked out 20 + gallons out of the basement yesterday, and Krim got swatted twice as well.

busy chopping ice today with a shovel as there is NOT an ice chopper to be found in town. I had 2 here at the motel an both have grown legs. Picked thru 4 lbs of beans, they are soaking in water with a little baking soda currently.

Lijah just sat out here talking to me for about an hour. I think he's going to try to start his own LLC business, building and repairing computers. I told him I will back him up. I think he needs to get licensed, insured and bonded if he expects people to hand over their computers to him. Hopefully it won't cost an arm, a leg and the Hope Diamond bc I can't spare all that. We really want to keep that diamond in the family if we can!
