How much does each quart jar make when water is added? Or ... rather, how much powder do you use to make a quart of milk?

3-1 for reconstituted milk, 2-1 for heavy cream and 1-1 for sweet cream butter.

Good morning Granny Land! I missed everyone last night, but I got the Christmas cards done then went to sleep early. Of course that made me wake up early this morning. Morning all, I ate all my food yesterday in 2 sittings and it was too much! I got sick. My stomach knotted up, blew up and nausea was a real thing. I started w/ a Tums and quickly moved to zofran. I ran(figuratively) to the bathroom and thought I was going to get sick but what came was the most violent burp I'd ever had. It hurt my throat!!! That happened 3xs and Robert came to check on me. I took a linzess ( that's what they give them to me for) and started feeling better. These burps smell like they came from the depth of hell. IDK what causes them but this has been happening for at least a year now but this was the worst ones.I got to sleep from 2-5 this morning and have already dumped my coffee on my front side. I had the upper and lower GI done that showed slow gut caused by nerve damage. Does anyone have advise that may help me to stop this??

It looks like a winter wonderland outside. I haven't seen any cars or plow trucks on the road yet.

Thank you, interesting! How many goats do y'all have that are producing so much milk? And, if you don't mind, what kind of goats are these and who is doing all the milking? This sounds like quite an operation!

Good morning to you! Glad to hear your hunny is doing better, tell him we said hi back. Is 36° here but we are in for some seriously cold wx. Single digits tomorrow I believe with winds taking the wind chill to well below zero. That might be Sunday, not sure. Anyway it's coming!

DH came home with morphine and has home nursing care to help control his pain. Palliative cares' next appointment is in January.
