Hm y'all sound like you've had a lot of fun. I stayed home again today, mostly sleeping and with a heating pad on my face.

Is the pain very bad? Robert was miserable for a week!
Eh ... I googled and found out the first 48 hours are about the worst, after that it should start getting better, but I expect it'll be a week or two before it's 100%. I'm not totally miserable. Nothing a little Tylenol can't handle but I'm not eating solid food either! Yogurt (oops, sorry!), applesauce, soups. Yesterday I made oatmeal and once I ran it through the blender with milk and a banana it was quite good!
Yes, my face. Three teeth and I have parted ways. It was not an amicable parting, lol. They were reluctant to depart but the dentist helped them see the error of their ways and that our relationship had to come to an end.

Did you get stitches? Don't forget the ice cream or pudding
No stitches. As soon as he removed the last one he jammed the denture into my mouth like it was a tourniquet and told me not to remove it for 24 hours. I was to eat "soft, warm" food during that period as well. Don't want ice cream and I have to think about my sugars. So yogurt is my treat. I put a spoonful of my peach syrup in it. So yummy! Had baby cereal too. They gave me an antibiotic mouthwash to swish with. Morning and night.
