No stitches. As soon as he removed the last one he jammed the denture into my mouth like it was a tourniquet and told me not to remove it for 24 hours. I was to eat "soft, warm" food during that period as well. Don't want ice cream and I have to think about my sugars. So yogurt is my treat. I put a spoonful of my peach syrup in it. So yummy! Had baby cereal too. They gave me an antibiotic mouthwash to swish with. Morning and night.

It actually wasn't painful at the time as most of my mouth was numb. But I took the denture out last night to wash it as directed, and THAT was painful. And putting it back in ... was almost more than I could bear. I'm dreading doing it tonight and in fact, might not.


Unless @microchick or someone yells at me and tells me I must.

Kevin gave me a Christmas cookie yesterday And Nancy and I looked at it for a long time, It was shaped like a gingerbread man but the eyes were in the wrong place. Robert walks over, flips it upside down and it was a deer. Hahaa
