Good afternoon, All! I've been busy in the kitchen this morning making peanut chocolate chip cookies. Had to take a break and feed Pa. He got a couple slices of store bought cheese pizza and some cookies. I'm headed back to the kitchen to finish the batch of lemon butter cookies. We have already reached our high temp for today 45 at the moment, going down to 28 tonight but supposed to warm up by Saturday. BBL

Well my minestrone is simmering in the crockpot. I made a HUGE batch, lol, but my vulture, I mean Elijah could probably put a huge dent in it all by himself. He is very much into beans and veggies right now. I can't fill him up!

all you do is add flour, water and oil in 3 different places and that thing measures, mixes, kneed,forms and cooks flat bread! It can hook up to the net and it fixes (repairs) any problems it might have. That's like the coolest thing Ive ever seen for the torture chamber but I have to wonder how much flat bread you can buy for a used $700. robot.

Finally feeling like winter here.
Ashton is still sick. Not coughing as much but still coughing hard. He doesn't take naps, but he's taken some lately, including a 2 and a half hour nap today.

Cap..sounds like you and my little Ashton may have this.
Pertussis (whooping cough) starts like a cold (runny nose, mild cough) but progresses to severe, violent coughing fits, followed by a high-pitched "whoop" as air is inhaled. Symptoms worsen in the second stage, causing exhaustion, vomiting, and sometimes blue/red face or pauses in breathing (apnea), especially in babies, who might not even "whoop" but struggle to breathe. Recovery is gradual, with the cough lingering for weeks or months.
