Okay, Just what we needed. Was out taking care of the birds, walking back from getting the mail and heard a dog carrying on. Thought it was the neighbors dog across the road, looked over and saw this:

Very young, 6-8 weeks but I'll have to stick my finger back in her mouth and feel her teeth. She ran into our culvert so I got down on my hands and knees in the ditch and coaxed her out. Poor little thing was scared to death, crying her heart out and had the distinctive smell of barn and horse poop about her. Brought her in and gave her a bath. DH told me she came to me so she was my dog and I had to name her.....okaaaaaay.......I choose.....Georgi. And have no idea what breed(s) she is although I sense some Border Collie in her. She looks a lot like out Lucy who was border collie and Aussie shepherd but something else is mixed in to the lot. She has white tipped back feet and a tiny white tip on her tail which isn't showing any feathering at this point.
Frickin people! What kind of animal dumps a little puppy in the winter outside a farm and just leaves it there!? I can just hear them driving down the road and saying, 'this is far enough and look! They have a bunch of dogs, quick put her out, they'll take her'! We have no idea how long she has been there. The only food on hand that a pup could eat is our canned food that we feed the heathens so I chopped some of that for her. She gobbled it down so she might have been there since last night. We went out and checked the culvert and area but she is the only one.
Sigh....so we are up to 7 dogs. Buck, Spot, Ben, Rocki, Diesel, Varna and now, Georgi Girl.
