Granny's gone and done it again

Admittedly, this was on a Sunday morning while we were walking to a local restaurant for breakfast, and for the most part the area we were in (Arch/convention center) was pristine clean. But peeing in the gutter near a nice hotel.....on Sunday morning? DUDES!
Homeless maybe. šŸ˜”

This too shall pass. :)
Here's a photo of our kitchen a year ago December. Boxes! You pack, then unpack.
We moved in December 28th. That son sitting there lives 3 hrs away. He came up from St. George to paint my bedroom and t.v room.
Time goes by fast..after the hard work is done. :)

Let's see. We retired in 13/14. It took us almost 2 years to shut everything down, pack, haul it 151 miles to Missouri in 2-3 weekly trips.......that's 12 years ago now and I'm STILL finding totes I haven't sorted through.

God I hate moving.

Night all, @BigBlueHen53 I did that this afternoon sitting in the family room holding Ben on my lap.

Came in, told DH that while the pup was asleep I wasgoing to try to cat nap on the sofa. Didn't do it. Guess I shot my chances out in the family room.

same here Shrek but is it because the woman's don't come wide enough? I have extra bone in both of my feet making shoes very hard to find. I feel like sometimes I should toss the shoes and wear the box. lol
My mother in law had the opposite problem. Her feet were so small that most women's shoes were to big. She usually bought shoes in the children's or teen sizes or wore sandals in women's size 5, 4 if she could find them.

I developed plantar fasciitis about 15 years ago. No more cheap shoes for me. Sigh. and I have to wear arch supports on top of it. So New Balance, Asics, Hoka. If I can find shoes for under 180 that don't make my feet hurt, I feel lucky..Learned to buy them direct from the companies. No problem with size. Went from a 6 to a 7 as I got older. It's just finding ones that my feet like that is the problem.

Think I got most of the larger hens that were pecking eggs separated from the flock. No broken eggs for about 5 days now and I've doubled the number of eggs I was getting per day so that tells me the whole story. I hate they started doing this because I know there is no cure for it except for a slow cooker or a crock pot.
I also have Planter fasciitis. Or, did have. It hasn't bothered me hardly at all since I lost weight. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø. But now, im dealing with this neuropathy. It's going up my legs. Tight feeling. Feels like pricks of pins poking at times. No fun. I hear there are shoes for that too. Will have to look.

well Im gonna have to take that med. I cant take this.
Sucrets always helped me when I have the non stop, rib breaking cough. I get the ones for sore throats. It has a numbing agent in it that numbs the tickle. When I lay down at night I suck on it for a bit, take it out, put it on a plate by the bed, then suck on it again later when I inevitably start up again. Helped me.

The kids got home from Idaho. Bronwyn had been a bit sick before they left. She got better! Played some games up there. Austin took 9th with alll of thise players!
Well, on the drive back she started feeling bad again. They stopped at her parents that now had the littlest because their daughter had been here watching them then took them home up north. Bronwyn kept getting worse. Now has a fever of 101 and the shivers. She'll take tomorrow off to rest. Maybe it will pass again overnight. We can hope.
